Terms & Conditions

Welcome to EventCraft. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EventCraft website, web app, and mobile app (together, the "Platform"), operated by DTK Holdings (Pvt) Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who can use EventCraft

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the content you upload — guest lists, event details, images, and messages.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not to misuse it. Detailed rules are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Vendors and the marketplace

EventCraft lets planners discover and contact independent vendors. We are a marketplace and are not a party to any contract you form with a vendor. Vendors are separately bound by our Vendor Terms.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance. Pricing, billing cycles, upgrades, and downgrades are described in our Payment Policy. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, and its software are owned by DTK Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. You keep ownership of the content you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to host and display it so we can provide the service to you.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these Terms — material changes will be notified on this page with a new effective date.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is". Our liability is limited as set out in our Disclaimer.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Platform in a way that harms other users or us.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction.
