Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your EventCraft account and the personal data we hold about you. It also serves as our Data Deletion Instructions for accounts created with Facebook or Google login.

Delete your account yourself

If you have an EventCraft account, you can delete it at any time:

1. Sign in and open your Profile.
2. Scroll to the Danger zone at the bottom of the page.
3. Click Delete profile and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out immediately.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name, photo, email address, and mobile number.
• Your sign-in methods, including any linked Google or Facebook login and your password.
• Your security data — two-factor methods, backup codes, and one-time codes.
• The events you own, together with their guest lists, tasks, budgets, and vendor shortlists.

What we may retain

To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations we may keep a limited set of records — for example past invoices and payment records — in an anonymised form that is no longer linked to your identity. We also keep anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.

Deleting via Facebook

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove EventCraft from Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Removing the app stops future access, but it does not by itself delete the data already stored with us — use the steps above, or contact us, to delete your EventCraft data.

Ask us to delete it for you

If you cannot sign in, or you would like us to handle the deletion for you, email hello@dtkholdings.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We will verify your request and delete your data within 30 days.
